Your data
We keep as little as possible: your email address and the record of your consent. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Who is responsible
Mispriced FC (mispricedfc.com) is the data controller for the Mispriced FC email list. Contact: hello@mispricedfc.com.
What we collect and why
- Your email address, to send the emails you asked for (lawful basis: your consent).
- Your consent record: when you signed up, that you confirmed you are 18+, when you clicked the confirmation link, and when you unsubscribed. We keep this to show we only email people who agreed.
- Which emails we sent you and when, so nobody gets the same email twice.
The website itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (database) and Vercel (website hosting).
- Twilio SendGrid (sending the emails).
They process data only on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside the UK under the UK's approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
While you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you at once and keep only your address and the unsubscribe date, so we never email you again by mistake. Ask us and we'll delete even that.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe in one click from any email, and you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it: hello@mispricedfc.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
