1. What Mispriced FC is

Mispriced FC (Mispriced FC (mispricedfc.com)) publishes information about publicly available bookmaker prices for football player markets, and our own assessment of them. It is general information for adults, not personal advice. We do not take bets, hold money, place bets for anyone or offer gambling of any kind, and we are not paid by bookmakers.

2. You must be 18 or over

You must be 18+ to use this site, the emails or the channel, and you must follow the law where you live.

3. No guarantees

Prices move and can disappear. Picks lose, sometimes several in a row. Our record shows past results, which are no promise of future ones. Any bet is your own decision and your own risk; only ever bet money you can afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a bet you place.

4. The record

Each pick is recorded at the price, bookmaker and time we published it, before kick-off, and settled by the official match statistics. Units are a paper record (1 unit = 1% of a pot), not money we or anyone else won. Corrections are shown, never hidden.

5. Emails

Emails go only to people who signed up and confirmed (double opt-in). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. See the privacy page for how we handle your email address.

6. Use of our content

Share our posts by linking to them. Don't copy or resell the picks or the record as your own.

7. Changes and contact
